Delivery Information
Our range of flexible delivery options are designed to suit your schedule. Whether it’s one of our specialist parcel carriers or a trusted third party carrier, we bring ‘good design, well made’ direct to your door.

Shipping Lead Times
Most configured products take 2-4 weeks to build. A few popular configurations, and many hardware pieces or items are stocked and can ship in 3-4 days. A few of our products ship directly from the supplier and can be subject to different lead times. These will be called out in the product's description if applicable.
Please allow 2-10 business days for shipping. Your purchases ship as they are available. If anything affects lead times after you've placed your order, we will notify you.
Shipping Methods
We ships our product via following methods:
UPS Ground
The majority of our items ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated. You will be emailed a UPS tracking number when your product is shipped. Select items (as indicated on their product page) ship free every day.
